PostAdmin Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 August 2026
PostAdmin is a self-hosted social media publishing tool. It lets an authorized user compose posts and publish them to social platforms (including X, Bluesky, Instagram, and TikTok) that the user has explicitly connected via each platform's official login and consent flow.
What we collect
- Account authorization tokens issued by the platforms you connect (OAuth access and refresh tokens). These are stored solely to publish the content you schedule and to read basic profile information (display name, avatar, follower counts) for display inside PostAdmin.
- Content you create — post text, images, and schedules you compose in PostAdmin.
- Basic profile metadata of connected accounts, and engagement counts of posts published through PostAdmin.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third party.
- We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.
- We do not read private messages on any connected platform.
- We do not collect data from anyone other than the accounts explicitly connected by the operator of this instance.
Storage & security
All data lives in a private database on the operator's own server. Platform tokens are used only to call each platform's official API over HTTPS. Public access to this instance is password-protected.
Data deletion
Disconnecting an account inside PostAdmin deletes its stored tokens immediately. You can also revoke PostAdmin's access at any time from the platform's own security settings (e.g. TikTok → Settings → Security → Apps and services), which invalidates the stored tokens. To request deletion of all data, contact the operator below.
Contact
For privacy questions or data-deletion requests, contact the operator of this PostAdmin instance through the platform account you connected, or via the contact details provided where you were given access to this instance.
