PostAdmin Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PostAdmin (postadmin.io), a social media scheduling and publishing tool. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

PostAdmin lets you compose, schedule, and publish content to social platforms (including Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads, and Bluesky) that you have explicitly connected through each platform's official login and consent flow, and to view and respond to engagement on that content.

Your responsibilities

• You may only connect social accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
• Content you publish through PostAdmin must comply with the terms and community guidelines of each destination platform, and with applicable law.
• You are responsible for keeping your PostAdmin login credentials secure.
• You may not use PostAdmin to send spam, infringe intellectual property, or automate behavior a connected platform prohibits.

Plans and billing

The free tier is limited as described on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe and can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Platform connections

Connections to third-party platforms are governed by those platforms' own terms. PostAdmin stores the authorization tokens they issue solely to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. Disconnecting an account deletes its stored tokens immediately.

Availability and liability

PostAdmin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for missed or failed publishes, platform API changes, or actions taken by the connected platforms against your accounts. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time, which removes your stored content and platform tokens. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
